How We Use Your Information
If your roof has a problem, we want to be easy to find and easy to reach. That is the whole reason we collect anything. Here is what we collect, why, what we never do with it, and how to tell us to stop. The full privacy policy has the legal detail; this page is the honest short version.
What we collect, and when
Only when you ask us for something. When you request a quote, we keep what you typed: your name, phone, email, ZIP code, a few words about the roof, and any photos you chose to attach. That is the information a roofer needs to call you back with a real number.
A little happens automatically. Like almost every website, ours notes how you found us (a search, an ad, a neighbor's referral, a yard sign), which pages you looked at, and your device's internet address. We use that to answer one question: which of our efforts actually help homeowners find us, so we spend on those and stop the rest.
We do not collect anything you did not type or do here. No buying lists, no data brokers, no looking you up.
Why we keep it
- To respond to you. The quote, the inspection, the follow-up call or text you asked for.
- To do the job you hire us for and honor the warranty afterward.
- To know what works. If a Facebook post or a Katy yard sign brings in real roof jobs, we want to know. If it brings nothing, we want to stop paying for it. That is the only "marketing" use.
Nothing on this list is "build a profile of you." We are a roofing company. We want your roof fixed and your phone to stop ringing after that.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your information. Not to lead services, not to other contractors, not to anyone.
- We never put you on a marketing list. You hear from us about your request, and then only if you hire us.
- We never robocall, mass-text, or cold-call. If you get a call or text from us, it is because you asked for a quote or you called us.
- We never share your roof photos. They go to our estimator, through private links that expire, and nowhere else.
- We never record your calls.
- We never keep more than we need. Records are kept while your request or job is open and for the warranty period, then deleted.
Calls and texts
The phone number on this site may differ slightly depending on how you found us. Every one of them rings the same desk: (281) 686-9227. The different numbers only tell us which channel a call came from.
If we miss your call, we may send one text back so you can reply with details instead of waiting on hold. Reply STOP to any text and we will not send another. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
When you submit a quote request, you are agreeing we may call, text, or email you about that request. Nothing else.
Ads and analytics, honestly
We use Google Analytics, and nothing else. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google under its own policy. We do not send it your name, phone, email, or anything you typed into a form, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What that means in practice: we can see that ten people read the roof repair page this week and two asked for a quote. We cannot see who they are, and we do not follow them around the internet with ads afterwards. If you would rather we did not count your visit at all, the switch is yours:
- Your browser's cookie and tracking settings, or any ad blocker, stop both tools.
- Google's analytics opt-out works for every site, not just ours.
The site works exactly the same either way.
Your choices, in one place
- See what we have: ask, and we will tell you everything we hold about you.
- Correct or delete it: ask, and it is done, unless a law or an active warranty requires us to keep a record of the job.
- Stop texts: reply STOP.
- Stop ads: the links above.
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of your data: there is nothing to opt out of, because we do not sell or share it. If that ever changed, this page would say so first.

Where it lives and who touches it
Your request is stored on Cloudflare in a private bucket only our team can open. To get your request to us we use an email service (Resend) and, for texts and calls, Twilio, which handles the message the way any phone carrier would. Cloudflare Turnstile screens out bots on the form. None of these providers may use your information for anything but delivering your request to us.

One more thing worth saying plainly: the guides, price ranges and estimators on this site are general information, not a quote and not an inspection of your roof. What we will actually do and what it will cost is whatever is written in the agreement you sign. The privacy policy and the terms set that out in full.
