AttarCo Homes ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you request an estimate or contact us through this site, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your property address, city, or zip code
• Details about your roofing project
• Whether your project involves an insurance claim
• Any roof photos you choose to attach (optional)

We also record a few things automatically so we can respond and keep the form honest:

• Your IP address when you submit a form. It is used to limit automated abuse and to confirm the request is from our service area, and it is stored with your request.
• How you found us. If you arrived from an ad, a search engine, a social post, a directory, or a printed QR code, your browser notes the source (for example, "Google" or "Facebook"), the campaign tag in the link if there was one, the page you landed on, and the site that referred you. This is kept in your own browser for up to 90 days and is sent to us only when you submit a form, so we know which channels are actually bringing customers. It is never used to identify you by name on its own.
• Pages viewed and actions taken on this site, through Google Analytics. See "Analytics and advertising" below.

If You Call or Text Us

The number shown on this site may differ slightly depending on how you found us (for example, visitors who arrive from a Facebook post may see a different number than visitors who arrive from Google). Every one of these numbers rings our main line, (281) 686-9227. We use them to learn which channel a call came from, nothing more.

When you call one of these numbers we record the number you called from, the number you dialed, the time, the approximate city and state your carrier reports, how long the call lasted, and whether we answered. We do not record the conversation. If we miss your call, we may send one automatic text message (at most one in any 24-hour period) to the number you called from so you can reply with details instead of waiting. To enforce that limit we keep your phone number in a short-lived counter for 24 hours. You can reply STOP at any time to receive no further texts, and we will only ever text you about your own request. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

When you submit a quote request you are agreeing that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about that request. We will not add you to any marketing list.

Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: which pages they view, how long they stay, and whether they reach the quote form. It sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser and sends usage data to Google under its own privacy policy. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. The usage events we send to Google Analytics carry the same "how you found us" channel and campaign labels described above, so we can see which channels lead to quote requests. We do not send them your name, phone number, email, or the contents of your request. You can limit this tracking with your browser's cookie and tracking settings, with an ad blocker, or through Google's opt-out tool and Meta's ad preferences. The site works the same either way.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your estimate request or inquiry
• Schedule inspections and communicate about your project
• Provide the roofing services you request
• Understand which of our advertising and listings actually bring customers, so we spend on what works

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your project details submitted through this site are used only to prepare your estimate and perform the work you hire us for.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Your request details from this form are stored securely on Cloudflare — not sold or handed to outside marketers. When you submit the form we use Cloudflare Turnstile to screen out automated abuse, and we use an email service (and, where enabled, a text-message service) only to alert our team of your request so we can respond quickly. These providers process your information solely to deliver your request to us.

In plain terms: your quote request, any photos, your IP address, and the "how you found us" note are stored together in a private Cloudflare storage bucket that only our team can access. Photos are never published and are only ever shared through private links that expire after seven days. Call records (not recordings) are stored in the same place. Phone numbers that recently submitted a request are remembered for 30 days so we can spot duplicate submissions. Our phone and text features run on Twilio, which carries the call or message and sees the phone numbers involved, as any phone carrier would.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry records and form submissions only as long as needed to prepare your estimate, serve you, and meet legal and warranty obligations (for a completed job, that is the life of your workmanship warranty), after which they are deleted. Call records are kept on the same terms. The "how you found us" note in your browser expires on its own after 90 days, and analytics data is kept by Google under its retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Use of This Website, and Our Liability

This website and everything published on it — pages, guides, checklists, price ranges, estimators and any other tool — is provided for general information only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we do not promise that it is.

Nothing on this site is a professional inspection of your roof, an engineering opinion, legal advice, or insurance advice. Figures, ranges and timelines are general guidance, not a quote. Your roof, your policy and your property are specific to you. Only a written agreement signed by AttarCo Homes sets out what we will do, when, and at what price, and only your insurer decides what your policy covers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttarCo Homes and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from reliance on anything published on it, from any error, delay, interruption or failure of the site or the forms on it, or from the acts or omissions of any third-party service we use to operate it. Where a limitation in this section is not enforceable, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

This section is about the website. It does not limit your rights under a signed services contract with us, under any written workmanship warranty we give you, or under any law that cannot be waived. Our full site terms are on the Terms of Service page.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
